How it Works

All prospective clients must provide a package of relevant documents, such as promissory notes, mortgages and other loan-related documents, income-related documents such as pay stubs, bank accounts, and a statement of hardship. Often a brief explanation, such as divorce, loss of a job or an unexpected illness will be sufficient. This package is reviewed by one of our representatives in order to determine whether we believe in good faith and based upon recent experience that we can help you.

We make no promises other than that we will work as hard as we can to assist every one of our clients in attempting to obtain a solution that is realistic and in their best interest. If, and only if, we believe that we may be able to help a potential client modify their mortgage debt, we will agree to try to help the client.

We negotiate with your current lender to attempt to obtain a mortgage payment that you can comfortably afford without having to refinance. We have an aggressive, experienced processing staff that has developed positive working relationships with key people at numerous banks that hold and/or service mortgages. Our credibility and professionalism have earned us a reputation that enables the offers we make on behalf of our clients to be considered seriously. We use this combination of experience and relationships to your advantage.
