I am writing to say thank you for the incredible job you and your staff did in negotiating the restructuring of my loan with my lender. As you recall, due to my illness we fell many months behind on our mortgage and thought we were going to lose our home. We were desperate and did not know where to turn. It was then when I heard a Loan Solutions radio commercial and R remember to this day the phone number, 561-844-help, that I decided to call. After that call you provided us with hope, even though we were skeptical at first, you made us have trust that you could help. And you did help, after several weeks of negotiating you informed us that our lender would be willing to lower our interest rate from around 9% to 3%. In addition, all of the past months we were behind on would just be added to the loan balance. We did not have to come up with anything. Now our payment is easily manageable, and we can stay in out home. George, I can not tell you how grateful we are and will never forget how you came through for us in our time of need. One day I was driving to work, and heard an ad on the radio about a company helping people who are having trouble with their mortgage.
